We value every volunteers contribution, no matter how big or small. We have projects for everyone- both big and small. Whether it be working in the shop on our historic locomotives, steam equipment or working outdoors planting flowers and maintaining the grounds.

There is plenty to do! And you don't have to have worked for the railroad or have experience.  Our volunteers all have unique backgrounds. Many started with little to no experience in working on a railroad.  There are so many reasons that our volunteers extend themselves to our organizations.  Sometimes, it's a love of trains, others it's a passion for preserving history.
