Message: Thank you so much for a memorable visit yesterday. I am from suburban Chicago and learned about you folks by accident last year while attempting to find out what happened to the train that ran at Brookfield Zoo almost 25 years ago. I especially enjoyed climbing into the Shay's cab, riding behind the CSK tank engine with its booming whistle on the big railroad, and cruising through the woods on the tiny 7-inch gauge trains. In addition, I hope to one day come to your museum and see Granny, the Blue Goose, and Rudy all up and running again fully restored to their old glory from that bygone era at Brookfield Zoo.
I will definitely be back with my family on Labor Day Weekend or next Memorial Day Weekend, and will also recommend your museum to my friends and aquaintances. Hopefully, next time I visit the Shay will be running, and I also hope to see the 1911 Porter 2-6-0 up and running soon. Thanks again.

Message: As always we had a great time this Saturday. Your Santa is the best. He takes his time with the kids and they really enjoy it. This year he helped us by giving the girls special letters for a big Christmas surprise. I think my daughters must of gave him 4 hugs each.
Keep up the good work and the place is looking great. We also saw about 4 of Santa's rain deer on the train ride. Thanks again for putting a smile on our girls faces and the Christmas sprit in their hearts
